My model kit represents a Greek Leopard 1A5 as it was with the NATO camo around the mid-90s.
This is what I used:
It was painted with Vallejo NATO Green, NATO Black and NATO Brown. For accessories I used Humbrol 33 for metal parts and Humbrol 105 for the wood parts. The track was painted with Vallejo Track Primer. Wash was made after I varnished it with gloss from Winsor & Newton. For the wash, I used Vandyke Brown oil from Winsor & Newton. Matt varnish followed from Marabu. Then chipping and weathering followed using many different products, starting with a thin layer of Humbrol Buff, followed by Khaki Drill with an airbrush and then a mix of oils (earth tones) with brush at the surfaces around the tracks and wheels. To finish, I made almost the same colour mix with pigments and passed it at the same surfaces.
The model won the gold prize at IPMS Hellas 2015 contest.
Also I would like to say a big 'thank you' to my friend Nikos Brestas whose advice was important and for the result you see.
