E.T. Model from China has a rapidly expanding catalogue of photo-etched and detail sets for a wide variety of kits in varying scales, together with a very prolific release schedule. These two sets are appropriate for Leoprd 1 and Leopard 2 and should be a real boon!
This set is designed to be used on any modern German vehicle to replace injection moulded items. The resin smoke dischargers are each sharply cast, and simply need to be snipped off their pouring block which is then easily cleaned up with a scalpel blade and they're ready to use. The small photo-etched fret included consists of retaining chains or straps for different vehicles.
You get 18 launchers in the set and 16 of each type of chain which are very fine indeed, much finer than the ones you find on most general vehicle etch sets.
Although this set is not specifically designed for use with Leopard 1 or 2, it removes the tedium of cleaning up those fiddly plastic items with their mould seams and can be used on any modern German vehicle.
