To be used with Legend LF1282 Leopard 1A5DK conversion for the Meng TS-007 Leopard 1A3/1A4
The focus of this sheet of decals is the Leopard 1A5DK which saw service with SFOR (Stabilisation Force in Bosnia from 1996) and KFOR (Kosovo Force in Bosnia from 1999).
It has been brought to my attention by James Wechsler, AMPS Review Co-ordinator, that the red chevrons and Red Cross decals on the Leopard Workshop decal sheets do not have enough opacity, so the background camouflage shows through.
They should have been printed on a layer of white, but lack of experience from yours truly means that this has not been done. I suggest that the red markings are first applied to white decal sheet before carefully trimming and applying to your model.
James added further red decal strips on top which is another solution. "Otherwise", he said "the decals are nice and thin and great to use."
James has commented further that "The white decals look great as do the white/red ones".
I apologise for this inconvenience. Like they say, "you learn from your mistakes".
